Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in the chart or EMR
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and care teams to optimize outcomes
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and safety

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable administering medications, performing assessments, and charting
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Previous experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred

Education

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in PA

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and injections
Skilled at basic wound care and skin integrity monitoring
Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and report changes
Familiarity with infection control practices and resident safety
Comfort using electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
