Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, specific start/end times and days to be confirmed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform thorough assessments and document patient status clearly
Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow care plans
Educate patients and families with patience and clarity
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
Report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing leadership

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (eligible for Pennsylvania licensure preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain
Demonstrated clinical skills and compassion working with diverse patient populations
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and monitoring
Basic patient assessment and vital signs
Wound care and ADL assistance
Familiarity with electronic charting and documentation best practices
Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
