Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
Administer medications and document care accurately and timely
Monitor patients, report changes in condition, and escalate concerns to the RN or provider
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
Maintain clear, professional documentation and communication with families and staff

Qualifications

Active LPN licensure (required) — must be eligible to practice in Pennsylvania
Experience providing hands-on nursing care in a clinical setting is preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and drug screening per facility policy
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or equivalent practical nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and accurate charting
Ability to follow care plans and nursing protocols
Effective teamwork, time management, and prioritization under busy conditions
Compassionate patient interaction and family communication
