Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes promptly to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident charts with attention to detail
- Support infection control and safety protocols to keep residents and team safe
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and family members to deliver person-centered care
- Help create a warm, respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence for residents
Qualifications
- Current, active CNA certification (required)
- Valid CNA credential in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain) preferred
- Compassionate attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks and any required facility screenings
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program and state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Understanding of infection prevention and patient safety practices
- Comfortable with manual lifting/transfer techniques and use of assistive devices
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
- Professional, empathetic communication with residents, families, and staff
