Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Assist nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and resident monitoring
Perform safe transfers and mobility assistance using proper techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and the care team
Support infection control practices and facility policies to keep everyone safe

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active or eligible to obtain CNA certification in Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings (TB, immunizations)
Reliable attendance and a caring, patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and infection control
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and team members
Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
Comfortable with safe patient handling and mobility support
Dependable, organized, and attentive to resident needs
