Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Take and document vital signs and observe changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and communicate concerns to the nursing team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current CNA listing/eligibility in Pennsylvania preferred
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and providing direct patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and safety practices
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic vital sign measurement and reporting
Infection control and standard precautions
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
Reliable time management and documentation habits
