Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a real difference
Perform thorough assessments and develop nursing plans to support recovery
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate care
Document patient status and interventions clearly in the electronic health record
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
Advocate for patient needs and contribute to a culture of safety and respect

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized provider
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and prioritizing patient safety
Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and immunization verification
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and critical thinking to identify patient needs quickly
Medication administration best practices and IV therapy basics
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Patient education and discharge planning to support positive outcomes
Teamwork, time management, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Infection control practices and commitment to safety protocols
