Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ED environment
Triage and rapidly assess patients to prioritize treatment and stabilize conditions
Perform timely interventions and coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and promptly
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families during stressful moments
Participate in unit-based quality improvement and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Support onboarding of colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) — core requirement for the role
Experience or background in Emergency Nursing / Emergency Department care
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to continuous improvement

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency triage and rapid patient assessment
Patient stabilization and acute care interventions
Clear, timely clinical documentation
Team collaboration in high-acuity settings
Calm decision-making under pressure and strong prioritization
