Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a large, fast-paced ED
• Respond rapidly and competently to trauma activations, with Level 1 trauma care readiness preferred
• Perform triage, assessment, and evidence-based interventions to stabilize patients
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document patient demographics and clinical information accurately—please upload badge-appropriate photo as requested
• Participate in credentialing processes and maintain required certifications and compliance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (per state requirements)
• Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric emergency nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• TNCC and ENPC preferred
• Experience in large facility and Level 1 trauma center settings is a strong plus
• Able to complete credentialing requirements; conditional compliance allowed while in process

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency Department nursing and trauma care expertise
• Assessment and stabilization of both adult and pediatric patients
• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making in high-acuity situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with credentialing workflows and demographic documentation
