Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, direct patient care to assigned residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and responses
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Maintain clinical documentation and follow facility policies
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential as indicated by class
- Licensure valid in New Mexico (required)
- Availability and flexibility for per diem shift work
- Clinical experience preferred but not specified in this posting
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and basic clinical care skills
- Medication administration and documentation proficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic charting and record-keeping familiarity
- Ability to follow facility protocols and safety procedures
