Shift Type: Rotating schedule (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday), 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Assist with procedures, ADLs, and safe patient transfers while promoting dignity
Maintain clear, timely charting in the facility’s documentation system
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Active LPN license (must be valid in New Hampshire) — required
Completion of an accredited LPN/vocational nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred if not already held, be ready to obtain)
Comfortable working the rotating day schedule as outlined
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid medication administration and basic clinical assessment skills
Hands-on competence with wound care, vital signs, and ADL assistance
Familiarity with electronic charting and accurate documentation practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
Excellent teamwork, time management, and patient-centered communication
