Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate bedside care to residents at Rochester Manor
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Assist with ADLs and support residents’ daily needs with dignity
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and facility staff to deliver coordinated care
Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear, timely charting

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (local/New Hampshire candidates preferred)
Ability to work scheduled weekend/evening shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Comfortable picking up additional 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shifts when available
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Resident assessment and basic clinical monitoring
Comfortable with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Good time management during busy evening shifts
Strong interpersonal skills for family and interdisciplinary communication
