Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the interdisciplinary team
Perform wound care, basic assessments, and assist with activities of daily living
Collaborate with RNs and other clinicians to support safe, effective care plans
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
Adhere to infection control protocols and promote a safe environment

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (able to practice in New Mexico preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply
Ability to work the scheduled days (Sunday, Friday, Saturday) and the posted long day shift
Local candidate only as noted in the job (must be able to commute reliably to Clovis)

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Wound care and basic dressing changes
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and team members
Proficiency with documentation and electronic health records
Time management and prioritization during extended shifts
