Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents during the overnight shift, monitoring vitals and responding to clinical changes
Administer medications accurately and document all treatments per facility policy
Perform resident assessments and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Support activities of daily living and provide comfort measures with dignity and respect
Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
Pitch in on weekends as scheduled — be the steady presence the team counts on

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Hampshire (required)
CPR/BLS certification (current or willing to obtain)
Comfort and ability to work overnight shifts and cover every other weekend
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; dependable and patient-focused
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply

Education

LPN license (required)
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care
Resident assessment, documentation, and care planning
Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical charting
Strong prioritization, time management, and overnight triage skills
Collaborative communication with nurses, providers, and support staff
