Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during each shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assess and monitor patient condition, reporting significant changes
Document care and patient status clearly in the charting system
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to support care plans
Maintain patient safety, infection control, and a therapeutic environment
Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate and support

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) preferred or obtained upon hire
Comfortable working the assigned Wednesday–Friday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM shifts
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Demonstrated reliability and commitment to compassionate patient care

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Current LPN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing skills including medication administration and vital sign assessment
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Accurate clinical documentation and time management
Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
Good interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions
