Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents as an LPN or RN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform timely assessments and communicate changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and follow care plans
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance
Support patients and families with clear, caring education and guidance
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to ensure continuity

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or obtain upon hire
Per-diem availability and ability to work the 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM day shift
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a long term care setting

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Proficient in patient assessment and recognizing changes in condition
Comfortable with electronic charting and accurate documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
