Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care consistent with CNA scope: bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility assistance
• Monitor and report patient status and changes to the nursing team in a timely manner
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Support safe transfers, positioning and range-of-motion activities as instructed
• Document care provided accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
• Active authorization to work in the U.S. (per facility requirements)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by the facility
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar setting is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification completed and current

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control practices
• Comfortable with documentation and electronic charting basics
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing patient needs
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Awareness of safety protocols for transfers and mobility assistance
