Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe transfer and positioning techniques to reduce risk of injury
• Document care accurately and timely in resident records
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure individualized, high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to pass required background and health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care and ADL support
• Infection control and safe hygiene practices
• Safe lifting and transfer techniques
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Compassionate bedside manner and effective teamwork
