Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Per Diem
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Start Date: 07-27-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 6-hour shifts available, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses with precision and accuracy
- Ensure quality control and proper handling of specimens
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver timely results
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Document and report findings in accordance with standards
Qualifications
- Certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent
- Current and valid state licensure if required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation
- Knowledge of quality control and safety protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and lab information systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Time management and multitasking skills
