Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist orthodontist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
Prepare and sterilize instruments for safe treatments
Take dental x-rays and record patient information
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

Qualifications

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or willing to obtain certification
Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
