Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Provide excellent patient care and comfort
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

Active Dental Assistant certification or license in Maryland
Experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Skilled in sterilization and infection control protocols
Comfortable with dental software and digital x-rays
