Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to restore mobility and improve quality of life
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Florida (or compact eligible)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
CPR certification required (BLS)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PT preferred
Passion for helping others and a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of evidence-based practice in physical therapy
