Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to pediatric patients
Perform dental cleanings, exams, and fluoride treatments
Educate patients and families on oral health and preventive care
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure excellent patient experience

Qualifications

Must hold an active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland
Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Excellent patient education and chairside manner
Familiarity with dental software and x-ray techniques
