Location: Clarkston, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day Shift, 4x10-hour shifts, schedule variable, with shared on-call rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during endoscopic and GI procedures with precision and care
Prepare and maintain endoscopic equipment, ensuring everything is sterile and ready
Monitor patient vital signs and comfort throughout procedures
Collaborate with the nursing and surgical team to deliver top-notch patient outcomes
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage as needed

Qualifications

Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Endoscopy Tech certification
Current ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in GI/endoscopy or surgical technology
Active Washington state license or compact license (must be currently active)
Strong teamwork and communication skills for a collaborative environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in endoscopic and GI procedures, including equipment setup and troubleshooting
Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced procedural setting
Excellent patient care and safety awareness
