Shift Type: As needed - 12.5 hour shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and interventions safely and effectively
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Skilled in interpreting lab values and diagnostic tests
Excellent assessment and clinical decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
