Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible shifts, including day/night, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, compassionate nursing care to ICU patients and their families
- Monitor critical patients, assess changes in condition, and respond swiftly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and operate advanced medical equipment
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with providers
- Serve as a patient advocate and ensure the highest quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ICU protocols and critical care best practices
- Proficient in using patient monitoring systems and electronic health records
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
