Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Document care activities accurately and timely in resident records
Support mobility, safe transfers, and fall prevention protocols
Collaborate with nurses and facility staff to maintain a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Available for per-diem assignments and flexible scheduling
Comfortable working the listed day shift hours (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Basic infection control knowledge and resident safety awareness

Education

Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
Accurate vital sign measurement and documentation
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Observation skills and timely reporting to nursing staff
Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
