Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the care team
Support safe patient transfers and positioning to reduce risk of injury
Document care in the patient chart and communicate clearly with nurses and providers
Help maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Current, active CNA certification (California preferred)
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain quickly
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and providing hands-on care
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Accurate vital signs measurement and documentation
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Infection prevention and standard precautions
Familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn
Empathy, patience, and strong customer-service orientation
