Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Room patients efficiently and compassionately to keep the clinic flowing
• Document accurately in AEHR and Meditech to support continuity of care
• Administer vaccines and ensure infection control by cleaning rooms between patients
• Perform EKGs (training provided) and assist with minor procedures like splinting and stitches
• Stock exam rooms and maintain supplies so providers can focus on patient care
• Take patient phone calls and triage appropriately in collaboration with providers
• Work closely with the care team — RN Lead, CNAs, CMAs and providers — to deliver high-quality primary care

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license (License Practical Nurse)
• BLS certification required
• Clinic experience preferred (posting indicates clinic experience is a plus)
• Approximately 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Ability to float to multiple primary care departments and adapt to varied scheduling
• Comfortable using AEHR and Meditech charting systems

Education

• LPN/LVN license (Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent training)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with AEHR and Meditech electronic medical records
• Vaccine administration and infection-control procedures
• EKG performance (training provided) and basic minor-procedure assistance
• Strong teamwork, time management and problem-solving skills
• Patient rooming, phone triage and clear charting practices
