Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to assigned residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Support safe patient transfers and maintain proper infection control practices
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of California
Valid CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working overnight shifts and adapting to per diem scheduling
Reliable, patient-focused, with strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety protocols
Ability to follow care plans and document care clearly
