Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care to patients impacted by MST (Military Sexual Trauma)
Perform thorough assessments and develop patient-centered care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Document patient care clearly and timely in the clinical record
Support patients with de-escalation, emotional support, and referrals as needed

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience caring for adults with trauma-related needs; MST experience is a strong plus
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Comfort with overnight 12-hour shifts and per diem scheduling
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Education

Active RN license required
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Trauma-informed care principles and sensitivity to military-related experiences
Assessment and triage skills for acute and behavioral health needs
Medication administration and basic emergency response
Electronic health record (EHR) charting and documentation
Patient education, advocacy, and care coordination
