Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients during overnight shifts
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the clinical team
Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation in the chart/EHR
Support safe patient transfers and mobility assistance
Communicate clearly with nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Current CPR/BCLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
Previous per-diem or overnight CNA experience a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; active CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe handling/transfer techniques
Vital signs assessment and basic clinical observations
Infection control and standard precautions
Basic charting and documentation practices
Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
Time management and ability to prioritize during busy overnight periods
