Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on clinical need
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and accurately
Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient assessments, interventions, and care plans clearly and timely
Respond decisively to emergencies, codes, and high-acuity situations
Support and educate patients and families through stressful and critical moments

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience or background in Emergency Nursing / ED/ER
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shift blocks

Knowledge & Skills

Strong triage and rapid assessment skills
Clinical judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with emergency interventions and common ED procedures
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and team members
Accurate clinical documentation and time management
