Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN; be the steady presence patients count on
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document clearly
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the clinical team promptly
Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) and promote patient comfort and dignity
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support safe transitions of care by participating in admissions, discharges, and patient education

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - active license required
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clinical experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Diploma or certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid foundations in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with charting and clinical documentation
Good observational skills for effective patient monitoring
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate bedside manner and strong patient advocacy
