Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a real difference
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status in the chart
Communicate changes in condition to the care team and providers
Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs
Follow infection control practices to protect patients and staff
Participate in care planning and resident/family education
Support a positive, team-oriented environment on the unit

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
Strong communication skills and a caring bedside manner

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program or diploma
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Vital signs assessment and patient monitoring
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Accurate charting and comfort using electronic health records
Infection control and standard precautions
Team collaboration and patient/family communication
