Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes promptly
Document patient care clearly and professionally in the chart/EMR
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellness
Assist with admissions, discharges, and smooth transitions of care
Adhere to infection control standards and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active LPN license (must be licensed to practice in Georgia)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Basic clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads welcome to inquire
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background/health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing / LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Patient assessment and vital sign interpretation
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) charting
Wound care basics and IV/line awareness (per facility scope)
Infection control, patient safety, and fall prevention strategies
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
