Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient vitals, conditions, and progress
Collaborate with the care team and communicate changes promptly
Support resident activities of daily living and promote dignity
Assist in implementing care plans and updating documentation

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration and clinical documentation
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Compassionate patient care approach with attention to detail

Education

LPN diploma or certificate; high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical knowledge of common nursing procedures and medication administration
Skill with charting and electronic or paper medical records
Ability to triage and escalate concerns to RNs or providers
Time management to handle patient loads and documentation
Interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
Infection control and basic safety protocols
