Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Measure and record vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
Support safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver person-centered care
Help create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or required per facility policy
Proof of required immunizations and TB screening as requested by employer
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to perform patient care tasks safely and reliably

Education

High school diploma or GED and completed CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Foundations of patient care and safe handling techniques
Infection control practices and universal precautions
Basic charting and documentation skills
Ability to observe, record, and report clinical changes
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
