Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Document resident care accurately and timely in the chart
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families and staff
Collaborate with the care team during shift handoffs to ensure continuity
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Support a positive, respectful environment that promotes healing and well being

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and providing hands-on resident care
Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
Able to pass facility-required background check and screenings

Education

State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living
Basic knowledge of taking vital signs and recognizing changes
Familiarity with patient documentation and charting best practices
Understanding of infection control and safe patient handling
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
