Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care and support daily living activities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility and toileting while preserving dignity
Monitor and accurately document vital signs and patient observations
Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team in a timely way
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control policies

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Georgia preferred or eligible for GA certification)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts and following facility procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living and patient hygiene
Proficient in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Basic documentation and charting skills; comfort with electronic health records
Infection control best practices and safe patient handling
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
