Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care to support daily living activities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Collaborate with nurses and other team members to ensure high-quality care
Document care provided clearly and timely to support continuity and safety

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential — ready to put your training to work
Valid authorization to work in the U.S. (if applicable) and ability to pass background checks
Comfortable performing patient transfers and assisting with mobility
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Prior experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and activities of daily living
Basic vital signs assessment and documentation
Infection prevention and safe patient handling
Time management and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical team members
