Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the ER
• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage to prioritize urgent needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care plans
• Document patient status, treatments, and outcomes accurately and promptly
• Support patients and families with clear communication and emotional reassurance during stressful moments
• Respond quickly and calmly to trauma and critical situations, maintaining safety and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN License required prior to the contract start
• Registered Nurse (RN) with Emergency Room (ER) experience
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including consecutive weekends as needed
• Available to work a 36-hour per week schedule
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced emergency environment

Knowledge & Skills

• ER nursing and acute care knowledge
• Strong triage and rapid assessment skills
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-acuity patient care
• Clear communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings
• Good clinical documentation and time management
