Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy assessment and interventions for SNF residents
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence
• Collaborate closely with an incredible therapy team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and promptly according to CRG policies and procedures
• Meet productivity expectations and contribute to a high-performing department
• Participate professionally in onsite activities and follow facility dress code

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of occupational therapy experience (as stated)
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred
• Willingness and ability to be onsite to receive guaranteed hours
• Comfort following CRG policies and procedures and meeting productivity standards
• Ability to wear black scrubs as the facility dress code

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
• Familiarity with SNF workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong documentation skills and attention to regulatory/policy detail
• Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
