Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at Red Rocks Care Center
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care in a timely manner
Perform routine assessments and report changes in resident condition to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs and other staff to create and follow individualized care plans
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Communicate clearly with residents, families and team members to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — required
Available for a Monday–Friday block schedule (no weekends required)
Comfortable working 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shifts and providing hands-on resident care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Practical nursing skills and clinical assessment
Medication administration and accurate documentation
Safe patient handling and assistance with activities of daily living
Clear communication with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams
Compassionate bedside manner and resident-centered care
