Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and document vital signs and any changes in patient condition promptly
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver safe, person-centered care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart
Support safe transfers, admissions, and discharges while following facility protocols
Promote infection prevention and a clean, safe environment for patients

Qualifications

Current LNA license (NH and/or VT as applicable) — required
Comfortable working the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM evening shift
Local candidates only (position is local-only, 5 days/week)
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Facility-specific certifications (e.g., BLS/CPR) if required by employer

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
Basic vital sign measurement and patient observation
Accurate documentation and charting
Infection control best practices
Team communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
