Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients throughout each shift
• Assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following facility protocols
• Document patient care and clinical observations clearly and timely in the chart
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
• Support patient and family education, offering clear guidance and reassurance

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or required by many facilities)
• Previous acute care or relevant clinical experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and electronic medical records
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• LPN: Diploma or practical nursing program completion
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with infection control and safety standards
• Comfort working in fast-paced acute care settings
• Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork abilities
