Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN on overnight shifts
Administer medications and accurately document in the MAR and PCC systems
Manage Treatment Administration Records (TAR) and ensure orders are followed
Perform timely patient assessments and escalate changes in condition to the team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support care plans and positive outcomes
Maintain accurate, compliant records and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active LPN credential (Class: LPN) and current, valid licensure
Must be credentialed and ready to start — reliable local candidates preferred (LOCAL ONLY)
Hands-on experience with PCC, MAR, and TAR is required
Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing focused patient care
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a care team

Education

LPN / Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PCC electronic health record workflows
Accurate medication administration and MAR documentation
Experience managing TARs and following treatment orders
Patient assessment, monitoring, and clinical judgment
Clear communication and teamwork in a healthcare setting
Attention to detail and compliance with facility standards
