Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Assist residents with mobility and safe transfers while encouraging independence
• Monitor and accurately record vital signs and observe for changes in condition
• Communicate clinical observations and resident needs promptly to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
• Support mealtime assistance and document intake as required
• Contribute to resident-centered care plans and promote dignity and respect

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Local candidates only — must be able to work in Albuquerque, NM (Notes: LOCAL ONLY)
• Available to work the specified schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Available for assignment from 2026-04-01 through 2026-05-27
• Basic documentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and the care team
• BLS/CPR certification preferred (if available)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and ADL support
• Safe resident transfers and mobility assistance
• Accurate vital signs measurement and documentation
• Effective communication with residents, families, and clinical staff
• Infection control and basic safety protocols
• Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting
