Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to geriatric residents, supporting daily living activities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility and toileting while maintaining dignity
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff promptly
- Support mealtime assistance and feeding as needed, following care plans
- Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate effectively and warmly with residents, families and the care team
Qualifications
- Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
- Current applicable state-required certifications and clear background checks
- Demonstrated compassion and experience working with older adults preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a care team
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with ADLs (activities of daily living) and basic patient care techniques
- Basic charting and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Ability to follow care plans and take direction from licensed nursing staff
- Calm, patient-centered approach to working with elderly residents
