Shift Type: Days not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening, per diem)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and respectful support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support safe transfers and mobility assistance with appropriate technique
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care plans
Help keep resident environments clean, safe, and comfortable

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Valid authorization to work where the facility is located
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and following care plans
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check, and any required screenings

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Taking and documenting vital signs accurately
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Safe patient transfer and positioning techniques
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and care teams
Basic charting and following care plan instructions
